Framework.
These General Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TradeStack application, accessible at tradestack.fr. By creating an account, the user unconditionally accepts these Terms.

Trade journal, Checklist, Risk calculator, Basic dashboard. Unlimited access, no credit card required.
All Free features + Trading rules, Mental check-ins, Bias analysis, Daily lessons. Monthly or annual billing.
All Pro features + Market review, Community, Unlimited multi-account. Monthly or annual billing.
Rules.
Provide accurate information when creating an account
Not share login credentials with third parties
Not attempt to bypass plan-based access restrictions
Not use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms
Not reproduce, resell or commercially exploit the service without authorisation
Stripe.
Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Payment is charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual). Prices shown include applicable taxes on the pricing page. TradeStack SAS reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
Freedom.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, a 14-day withdrawal right applies to new subscriptions, unless the service has been fully used during that period. For annual subscriptions, the current month is retained and the remaining months from the cancellation date are refunded.
GDPR.
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The user retains ownership of their trading data and may request its export or deletion at any time. Privacy Policy.
Paris.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
